Cisdem PDF Converter OCR

Cisdem PDF Converter OCR is a macOS application for converting PDFs to editable document and image formats, and for creating PDFs from other files. Its OCR feature recognizes text in scanned PDFs and images, including documents with more than one recognition language.

• Convert PDFs to formats including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Pages, Keynote, Numbers, images, EPUB, HTML, RTF, and TXT. iWork format support is available on macOS.
• Use OCR to extract text from scanned PDFs and images, with batch processing for multiple files.
• Convert selected pages or process multiple PDFs in one batch.
• Combine files into a PDF and adjust output PDF settings such as password, size, and quality.

Install the Homebrew cask with brew install --cask cisdem-pdf-converter-ocr. The cask requires Rosetta. The product page lists macOS 10.14 or later as the system requirement. This is the macOS application; the vendor also lists a separate Windows version, which is not installed by this cask.
