    New annotation tools, safer recording recovery and disk handling, smoother zoom and cursor effects, scrolling-capture fixes, and more control over Quick Access and pinned screenshots.

    Annotation adds filled, double-headed and tapered arrows, Spotlight (G), an expanding canvas and reusable tool/style presets. Redaction pixelates the selected area before blurring so that the redaction is irreversible.

    Recordings can be recovered after Capso quits unexpectedly; recording stops cleanly before the disk fills up and warns if the microphone is muted or audio stops. Zoom transitions are smoother: cursor-follow zoom holds steady until the cursor settles elsewhere, and automatic zoom detects bursts of clicks and typing. The smoothed cursor no longer trails the real one, fades when idle and shows click ripples. Desktop icons can be hidden from the menu bar, automation URLs or automatically during recording.

    Scrolling capture fixes skipped content, upward-scroll stitching and repeated sticky footers. Setup helps take over ⇧⌘3 / ⇧⌘4 / ⇧⌘5 from macOS. Quick Access stays open while hovered, closes after a file is dropped, and adds save-all, close-all and reopen-last actions. Pins can all be hidden or shown together; locked pins fade while hovered. Uploads can optionally copy their share link immediately. Capso asks once before allowing other apps to control it via URL.
