Aviatrix VPN Client
A desktop VPN client with SAML and password-based authentication options for connecting to Aviatrix VPN gateways.
About
Aviatrix VPN Client is a desktop client for connecting to Aviatrix VPN gateways. It supports authentication through a SAML identity provider and password-based authentication. The client is built on OpenVPN and uses a browser for SAML sign-in.
- Supports SAML authentication through the client, as well as password-based authentication.
- Uses OpenVPN technology.
- The macOS client uses the system’s default browser for authentication; Safari is not supported for this sign-in flow.
- This Homebrew cask installs the macOS package, not the Windows or Linux clients or the separately listed FIPS builds.
Install with brew install --cask aviatrix-vpn-client, then open Aviatrix VPN Client and configure access to your organization’s Aviatrix VPN gateway. The official download page specifies macOS 10.12 (Sierra) or later for the Mac client. VPN access requires an Aviatrix gateway and the organization’s authentication setup.
