Refreshes the interface and improves single-instance communication, helper output and Linux package handling.
Selected official changes. Refreshes the header, toolbar, cards, app page and dialogs. Handles fragmented version greetings between launcher instances and continues draining helper output after the capture limit is reached. On Linux, respects managed AppImage desktop entries, refreshes icon caches and adds Arch .pkg.tar.zst installation/update handling through settings. Only release Arch packages are updated directly; AUR/repository-managed packages are delegated. Also updates build and dependency-automation configuration. Linux packaging changes are separate from Mac behavior.

Fixes Intel Macs selecting ARM-only DMGs and adds Command+M to minimize the launcher. App updates preserve unrelated backup paths, and saving launcher state preserves unrelated files. Invalid self-update timestamps are rejected; retries stop if a partial download cannot be removed. Release-note text can be zoomed independently.
